What Causes You Stress?

We’re back talking about making horrific hormones happy hormones.
Last week’s topic was eating right. This week we’re working on stress management. The first way to manage your stress is to recognize it. Sit down and enjoy some coffee with this healthy creamer option below. Then think about the things that make you feel uptight, overwhelmed, or what you want to run away from. Maybe it’s the time of day, a person or a task.
Once you recognize it, work through it. I like to set the timer to keep me from being distracted. I also use Natural Calm magnesium, Serenity essential oil and the Stress Less roll-on essential oil blend to help my body relax. Also, see what you can say no to and then do it. (If that’s cooking, use our Freezer Meals to eliminate your stress.) Take a bath with Relaxing Bath Salts to aid you in winding down before bed.
Anything is easier to handle when we have enough sleep. Try to get 7-9 hours each night. Have trouble winding down or sleeping? Try the Sleep Tight roll-on essential oil blend, have a cup of Tulsi Sleep tea and take a Serenity capsule before bed.
For menstrual stress, use Raspberry Leaf tea and this Turmeric Tea for relief.
Make your journey to healthy hormones easier. Schedule a time to meet with Becky at Balms and Manna. You’ll receive personal tips and guidance as you work towards better health.
