Carob Peanut Butter Snack

10 min + 30 minutes to chill | 16 servings
I’m a fan of carob. Tastes similar to cocoa (chocolate), but no caffeine rush. While caffeine is okay for some, it doesn’t work to well for me. So these are perfect little snacks for late nights. Sub another nut butter if you can’t do peanuts.
  • 2/3 cup carob powder (similar to cocoa powder)*
  • 1 c. peanut butter*
  • 1 c. honey*
  • nuts*
  • raisins*
*Ingredients available at The Country Cupboard
  • In a bowl, mix carob, honey, and peanut butter well. Add desired amount of nuts and raisins. Press into a 9 x 9 pan.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Cut into 16 pieces.
