Great Gluten Free Tips & Recipes
Do you know someone who eats gluten free? Have you ever had to cook (or bake) for them? Did the thought give you high blood pressure?
Living with someone who has a food allergy I see this all the time. People want to be accommodating, but it is super stressful because there is a lot of unknowns.

My absolute favorite way to make any recipe gluten free is to use Meister Gluten Free flour. You see, you can’t just substitute white flour for any gluten free flour. The liquid is absorbed differently depending on the grain. So you have to know what you are doing.
Except with Meister flour blend. No matter what, you just substitute it cup-for-cup. Just add more baking powder (if the recipe calls for it).
I want to challenge you. Try it and see if you can taste a difference! I can’t! Well, actually I can now that I think of it. I think my gluten free pumpkin donuts with Meister flour are BETTER than pumpkin donuts with white flour.
