Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil

*boosts the immune system and soothes throat
*helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels
*add 2 to 3 drops in a spray bottle filled with water for a fast, easy cleaner
*dilute with carrier oil and massage achy joints
*add one drop to two ounces of water and gargle for an effective mouth rinse.

Cinnamon Peanut Butter and Granola Sandwich

time 5 minutes | serves 1
Here’s a great crunchy, sweet, protein snack. Cinnamon Bark essential oil boosts the immune system and helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels.
1 apple
½ cup natural peanut butter*
½ cup granola*
1 drop Cinnamon Bark (or Cassia) essential oil (internal use oil only)*
(substitute 1 t. cinnamon if you don’t have Cinnamon Bark essential oil)
  1. Core apple and slice horizontally for sandwich pieces.
  2. In bowl, mix peanut butter, granola, and essential oil.
  3. Place mixture between two apple slices or use as dip.
*If you aren’t going to serve the sandwich immediately, soak the apple slices in water and a few drops of Lemon essential oil or Lemon juice to help keep the apple looking fresh.
*Other uses for Cinnamon Bark essential oil: Use 1 drop in hot (not boiling) water as tea. Use 1 drop in oatmeal or yogurt.
