Hello February, the month for hearts and sweets and chocolate and love. It’s also the month for other things, but we won’t mention anything weather-related. They say you should think positive thoughts anyway, right?

Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels
You can thank Shirley for these yummy little snacks. They are not heavily coated like some, but are just enough to satisfy your sweet tooth.
2/3 c. coconut oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 bag (1 lb.) mini pretzels from The Country Cupboard (choose from Alphabet, Balls, Sticks, Shorties, etc)
*All ingredients available at The Country Cupboard.
- Melt first three ingredients in microwave for 25-30 seconds on full power.
- Pour over pretzels and mix to coat.
- Spread in 2 9 x 13 pans.
- Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
- Store in an air tight container.
