Pecan Caramel Pie

Serves 6-8
A customer shared this easy pie recipe with me. Her family loves it. Just in time for Thanksgiving!
 
1 9 in. unbaked pie shell
2/3 c. sugar*
1/4 c. butter, melted*
3 eggs*
1 jar (12 oz.) Smucker’s Caramel Topping
1 1/2 c. pecan halves*
*Ingredients available at The Country Cupboard
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly with fork. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Stir in topping and butter and mix well. Stir in pecan halves. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool thoroughly on rack before serving. Cover and chill to store.
