The Chai Tea is now $1 less per bag than before! Although it’s summer, it’s a great time to try Chai Tea. What is Chai Tea? It’s black tea with milk and honey. The Spiced version adds cinnamon, ginger, cloves and cardamom.

It’s Been a Hole Year – Donut Day – Sept. 10

Mexican Chicken Salad

Serves 6  Total Time: 15 min
Here’s a change from the traditional chicken salad. Use canned chicken to make it super quick.

2 c shredded chicken*
⅓ c light mayo
⅓ c plain Greek yogurt
½ c diced tomatoes
½ c black beans, drained, rinsed, & pat dry
kernels from 1 ear of corn*
juice 1½ limes
½ t garlic powder*
¾ t cumin*
salt to taste*

  1. Add chicken, diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn kernels to a bowl
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mayo, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, cumin, and lime juice. Stir.
  3. Mix the liquid ingredients into the chicken mixture and stir well.
