As spring approaches and we come out of hibernation, here’s a little extra energy.
1 cup finely shredded coconut, divided
1 cup almond butter
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3 drops Wild Orange doTERRA essential oil
Place all ingredients into mixer except for half cup shredded coconut. Add essential oil. Mix well until combined. Roll into balls and coat in the other half cup of shredded coconut. Store in the refrigerator and eat whenever you need any extra boost of energy or before a workout.
*Wild Orange essential oil can also be used in brownies, muffins, and cookies. Put a few drops in your water to help with stress, depression, indigestion, heartburn, and/or acid reflux.
**See our Essential Oil classes below to learn more about them and how to use them in cooking.
