Apple Scrumptious

1 1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
2 beaten eggs
4 c. flour
5 c. apples, sliced
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix butter, sugar, salt, eggs, and flour together. Pat all but 1/3 mixture into greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with apples that have been mixed with sugar and cinnamon. Pat remaining dough in small rounds and lay on top of apples. Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 minutes. While warm, drizzle thin powdered sugar incing on top. Cut in squares and serve warm or cold. 24 servings.
