Make Mom breakfast. We have everything you need for a yummy, easy breakfast that even the kids can make. Serve pancakes, maple pecan-crusted bacon (recipe below) and smoothies.

Try either buttermilk or buckwheat pancake mix. Recipes are included for both pancakes and waffles. We think you’ll agree that the pancakes are just fantastic.
Maple Pecan-Crusted Bacon
8 slices thick-cut bacon
1/3 cup pure maple syrup, plus extra for drizzling
1 cup pecans, chopped
Line a rimmed-baking sheet with foil. Dredge the bacon in the maple syrup and lay out on the pan. Broil on one side until done (approx 5 minutes), flip and press finely chopped pecans into surface. Broil until crisp. Makes 8 slices
